Custom design (As mentioned above) I'll help you design your character! All you need to do is give me a description of what you want your character to look like and I'll take it from there! Comes with one free small revision - $50

I reserve the right to deny any commission/order request for any reason, and also cancel a commission at any time. (If I cancel a commission the payment will be refunded).

I reserve the rights to post the piece on my own social media and sites, however I don't always post finished commissioned pieces. If you want a private commission please contact me to discuss it (Private commissions cost extra). Also if you want me to hold off on posting the piece until a specific date in the case of it being a surprise gift, please request this option and specify a date beforehand so we can discuss it. I love surprises, so I'm more than happy to help out!

I maintain copyright over the artwork piece unless otherwise discussed prior to the commission. You may not misrepresent my art or profit off of it. You have the rights to repost your commission, but not to claim it as your own or redistribute. If you would like a commercial use license please reach out to me so we can discuss it.

The commissioned art piece is for your personal use only (ex: for art collection photo galleries, printing for yourself (no profits), posting on social media, etc. If you have questions or want commercial use rights please message me.

I can issue full refunds only BEFORE the piece is started. Once it is started you can receive a partial refund that I will determine based on how much work was done/how much of my time was spent, this amount is not up to the discretion of the commissioner. NO REFUNDS will be issued once the commission/piece is delivered.

All refunds will be subject to a small fee to cover the PayPal fees of the transaction

Edits can be requested within 48 hours of the commission/piece being delivered. However these edits will require a fee for the time to make them and re-export the files, that fee will be determined by me later after I get an idea of what you want edited.

Unless you are commissioning a custom character design, a ref sheet or clear, flat colored picture of your character (Preferably multiple, simple shaded may also be okay) must be provided beforehand.

By commissioning me you agree that you have rights to commission work of your chosen character. I hold no responsibility to determine whether you have the rights to the character commissioned. If an issue arises you must discuss it amongst one another. No edits or refunds will be made in the case of you not having the proper rights to the character you commissioned art for.

In the case of YCH commissions, you acknowledge that the final piece will be slightly different from the example piece so it fits your character, and some parts will be kept the same (Such as the background is often kept the same for example) as per usual with YCH type commissions. However this varies from YCH to YCH, so if you have questions please ask me beforehand.

I don't do work-in-progress updates on commissioned pieces unless it's for a custom character. However, if these are important to you feel free to indicate that you'd like them beforehand. Keep in mind edits may incur extra fees based on complexity. (Refer to the "Refunds and Edits" section above)

Keep in mind my style can vary from piece to piece, but I generally won't stray too far from the style of the examples. but if you want something specific just ask!

These are extra terms for Custom Character Designs, keep in mind that these are in addition to the terms above and aren't separate from them.

Custom character designs have a bit more freedom in terms of usage. They can be used for commercial purposes and you will have rights to the character design. Feel free to edit the design as you see fit. However, DO NOT claim any of my designs as your own, even if edited.

I do not condone the character design being used for any hateful or inappropriate things. Please refrain from doing so.

You may also sell, trade, or gift the character/character design whenever you want.
